A strong gap, started position small and added heavily into it and sold as profits soared above 3R and finally taking 5R total.

DECK short today

Tried to short $DECK today.. didnt work.. worked eventually but not a great gap.. break even trade

AMZN gap up today

The stock gapped up and was above the full support. I started small and added heavily.. Took profits on the way up and closed position. This is a very strong mover and is very volatile. Can easily move fast so have to be careful and often one can get big big tails and slippage on it.. so have to protect your profits. This was a play that I call as "15Min 1st bar", played very well and sized correctly with target on HOD. Played this for over 2R. 1st bar on the 15 min should be as shown in the pic. then wait for 2 red bar pullback on 5 min and enter the position with stop below that.

RIMM

This was a Tier 3 gap play that did not work in my favor in the 1st 1 hour, hence I took a hit of 1R (played twice) and killed the play.
