BLUE Long

Another great chart with a great power bar. This is another pattern that I play often. A power bar followed by a brief pause before heading upward again. You buy small at start and add only above the 1st 5 min bar high. Then you protect your position at every whole number and follow the trade. Check out my prior blogs, I have played this many times. STZ Long

Called out STZ long as the trade was forming. I went long above 149.8 and added above 150, added again above 1st 5 min high of 150.5. I closed out the trade in the whole number mark of 152. Played out excellent. This is another strategy straight out of my dvd called - "Mid Bar Continuation"

MASI Long

After a long time, I played a FADE play that is described in my DVD. This play is when a stock opens way lower than prior close, it has a good chance that it will rebound. This is exactly what happened with MASI. It opened way below the prior close and got traction immediately.
I got in above 5 min high and exited to protect whole number. Check out my dvd for this strategy.. the pay on this is pretty good.

BMY Long

Called out BMY long above 67.9 area which is basically above the 1st 5 min high. Though it was risky because it is close to the next whole number, one has to play it cautiously and add on weakness. I got the add opportunity as pointed out and exited to protect my profits. Though the stock did not go too high but was good enough to get the profits for the day. QUNR short

I called out QUNR short. At the time I did it, there were no restrictions on selling this stock short. I now see there is a restriction on it to short sell till tomorrow. I added to the stock on every weakness and then covered it close to the whole numbers

LEN Short

LEN though it worked is not one of the patterns that I play too often. One needs to play this trade a bit cautiously. This one opened as a gap up. I like to short gap down stocks and go long on gap up stocks. This one is a gap up stock that went down immediately at open and was a neat pattern. Play it carefully as it can flip.

DRI long

DRI long was a cleaner trade with a strategy called - mid bar continuation pattern from my dvd. This was a weak bar to start with and then steadily went higher giving opportunity to add to the trade. I exited close to the whole number. I play this pattern often.
