FB and new emotions

FB always experiments which is good. FB has figured out a way to make money out of the mobile market when other big brand names were struggling to get it right. The stock was a good price when it fell like all other stocks during march/April time frame. This has come back to its original highs. Will wait and watch how this shapes up. With good acquisitions, this is a good stock.

Retail stock generally does better in 2nd half of the year. This stock has been consolidating for a while and can pick up momentum above 45.. Keep an eye on it as consolidation often results in strong upward movement. 10% upside can be expected.

Apple's big 2015 year?

At the end everything will depend on the product line. Generally apple comes up with a range of products in the 2nd half of the year and last 2 years has not seen any big inventions from the company, if that changes this year, expect big news in apple and expect a good stock market till the end of 2014... wait and watch this space.

COH long daytrade

I played COH long today. This was the only reasonable gap I felt and this one too worked out due to the share size and tight stop. I bought it initially at 9:34 and then added to position when the stock showed some positive upside. I exited when it showed some weakness and gained 2R

SBUX - undervalued at this price

Well written article!! I believe SBUX is well positioned to be the leader in this space. It defined the trend to pay $5 for a coffee which I would have thought 2 times before. Now it is not only a fashion statement but also a lifestyle.

International expansion will also play a role and few acquisitions down the line will be a good game for SBUX

Yahoo the Alibaba story

What is yahoo today? Is it a search engine or is it a news media company or is it a place where you can sell? What is the clear strategy on yahoo apart from the big positive that it has good percentage of alibaba? This story is still not clear to me.

Well written article. Buying at $15 was good though still without the alibaba story it was hard to justify. RIght now it can still go up only because Alibaba will be a super hit and will go much higher than opening price in the market. Hence this is a good buy but if not for alibaba, I dont have much opinion on this stok
